Help Me Choose My Bali Wedding Venue!

Some people have always dreamed of their wedding day and part of that image includes an ideal setting whether it is in the jungle, by the ocean, in a church or on a cliff top. But if you’re not someone that has always envisioned your perfect wedding location then choosing your Bali wedding venue can be a difficult decision! We currently have four Bali wedding venues to choose from and we’ve broken them down one by one to help you choose your favourite.

1. The Edge – Uluwatu

The Edge is perched on a soaring clifftop in Uluwatu, Bali – the southern tip of the Island of the Gods where you are greeted by jaw-dropping 180 degree views of the Indian Ocean. This world famous enclave of four private villas sits on 3.7 acres of spectacular clifftop. Here you will experience incredible sunsets and dramatic sea views. Bali villa weddings are popular but expect to pay more. Nearby is the Uluwatu temple, which your guests can visit for a taste of Balinese culture, as well as great waves and white sand beaches to explore.

2. The Royal Pita Maha – Ubud

Ubud is the spiritual heart of Bali, it is rich in culture and has stunning rice field terrace views and jungle waiting to be explored. The Royal Pita Maha is Botanica Wedding's signature Ubud wedding location. The no expense spared estate was built by the Royal family of Ubud and the expansive grounds are nestled among lush jungle gardens that terrace down to the fabled Ayung river. A towering monument to Bali’s rich cultural and arts heritage. Within and surrounding Ubud are a variety of attractions for your guests to enjoy, such as the Monkey Forest, traditional markets, boutique shopping, white water rafting, and more.

3. Taman Bhagawan – Nusa Dua

This Bali wedding venue provides a stunning event space situated on the beachfront on the pristine white sand of Nusa Dua. Taman Bhagawan means “Sacred Garden” and for good reason. This beautifully landscaped private venue in Nusa Dua has been cleverly designed to be both impressively vast and wonderfully intimate. Discover the endless photographic opportunities including a monumental Balinese temple facade, vintage tuk tuks, flood lit fountains, whimsical statues, century-old Javanese doors and of course the beautiful beach itself.

4. The Ayodya – Nusa Dua

This iconic resort in Nusa Dua is famous for its breathtaking architecture, white sand and crystal clear water. Located on the best beachfront in Nusa Dua, this sprawling estate was designed as a traditional Balinese water palace, hence its huge lagoon pools and beautifully landscaped gardens. Best of all, from your guests’ perspective, the party doesn’t stop on your wedding night. Thanks to well-priced luxury accommodation and the convenience of 7 onsite bars and restaurants, everyone can enjoy a very laid back recovery day (or week) together.

So, whether it is a beachfront, cliff top or jungle wedding that you’ve been dreaming of, we hope we have helped you narrow down the search for your Bali wedding venue. For more information about any of our venues please contact us here.
